Life Coaching begins in a safe and private environment. Anita combines counselling, psychology and psychotherapy which will enable to achieve your goals. Sessions are tailored to suit your personal needs. During your consultation a selection of techniques may be explored such as; values assessment, behavioural analysis and goal setting. You will be provided with ongoing support, objective observations and encouraged to be an active participant in the process. Life Coaching consultations are tailored to suit your lifestyle and budget. Between 4 to 6 sessions are recommended but each case is assessed individually. We also offer discount appointment packs. A Life Coaching & Psychotherapy session is a collaborative approach based on the relationship between an individual and a Psychotherapist. These sessions provide a supportive environment that allow you to express yourself openly with someone who’s objective, neutral and non-judgmental.
